We really need one decentralized artifactory! It is really dangerous to rely on a central infrastructure there and we would get so much more by decentralizing it e.g. via +Ethereum
Then we can easily have good caching of artifcats and we could also verify that certain source produces certain artifacts via a contract. Perhaps also that tests pass - could be a nice decentralized CI-Server. So much possibilities!
